You’ll get a step‑by‑step walkthrough of the fermentation process, learn how to balance flavor and heat, and discover why this traditional Korean staple is so beloved for both taste and gut health. Whether you’re brand‑new to fermentation or already dabbling in DIY foods, this class gives you the confidence to create something vibrant, nourishing, and totally your own.


Bring a knife, cutting board, and mixing bowl—everything else is provided. You’ll chop, season, mix, and pack your ingredients right alongside the instructor, and you’ll head home with a pint of fresh, organic kimchi you made yourself. Expect a relaxed, community‑oriented atmosphere, plenty of hands‑on learning, and a delicious project that keeps on developing long after the workshop ends.
